Payment & Cancellation Policy

At Flourishing Futures, we aim to be transparent and fair about fees, payment, and cancellations, while respecting both our clients’ time and our clinicians’ professional commitments.


Fees

  • Fees are discussed and agreed at the time of booking
  • Fees may vary depending on the type of service, location, and any written reports required
  • A free 15-minute introductory consultation may be offered to discuss needs and suitability of services (this is non-clinical and does not include assessment or advice)

Payment

  • For self-funding individuals and families, payment is usually required in advance or at the time of the appointment to secure the booking
  • For care homes, care agencies, or organisations, payment may be made by invoice, subject to prior agreement
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer or other agreed methods

Cancellations

  • We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged at the full session rate, except in exceptional circumstances

Late Payment

  • Invoiced payments are expected within the agreed payment terms stated on the invoice
  • If payment is delayed, we may contact you to resolve the matter promptly and amicably
  • Ongoing services may be paused until outstanding balances are settled

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued where cancellation meets the required notice period
  • Any refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible
